Tam Zamanı hesap açtırmaz, reklam ağı içermez, sizi izlemez. Kim olduğunuzu bilmiyoruz; bilmek de istemiyoruz.
Bir ibadet uygulaması, kullanıcısıyla arasındaki güveni her şeyin üstünde tutmalıdır. Bu yüzden Tam Zamanı "en az veri" ilkesiyle tasarlandı: bir özelliğin çalışması için gerekmeyen hiçbir veri işlenmez, işlenen hiçbir veri gerekenden uzun tutulmaz ve hiçbir veri kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez.
Bu sayfa hukuki bir formalite değil; hangi verinin nerede ve neden işlendiğinin madde madde, açık ve dürüst anlatımıdır.
Konum üç özellik için kullanılır: namaz vakitleri, kıble yönü ve yakındaki camiler. Üç konum modu vardır:
Türkiye dışındaki şehirler. Hangi modda olursanız olun, Türkiye dışındaki şehirlerin vakitleri Aladhan servisinden alınır. Bu istekte sizin konumunuz değil, seçilen şehrin merkez koordinatı (şehir listemizde koordinatı olmayan şehirlerde şehir ve ülke adı), hesaplama yöntemi ve saat dilimi iletilir. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi Aladhan da isteğin geldiği IP adresini görür.
Yakındaki Camiler. Bu özelliği kullandığınızda konumunuz yaklaşık 1 km'ye yuvarlanarak, çevrenizdeki camileri bulabilmemiz için sunucumuza iletilir. Bulunduğunuz nokta kaydedilmez; aramadan geriye yalnızca aramanın düştüğü yaklaşık 2 km'lik harita karesiyle kısa bir teknik not kalır (bkz. Veri Saklama ve Silme). Konumunuz kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Harita açıkken harita görüntüleri Google haritalama servisinden yüklenir; bu, standart bir harita isteğidir. Kıble pusulası tamamen cihazınızda çalışır.
“Burada kıldım”. Camiler sayfasındaki bu düğmeye bastığınızda telefonunuz bir kez kesin konum alır ve camiye yaklaşık 100 metre içinde olup olmadığınızı yalnızca kendi içinde karşılaştırır; bu konum hiçbir yere gönderilmez ve saklanmaz.
Arka planda konum toplanmaz; konum yalnızca uygulama kullanılırken işlenir. Konum iznini istediğiniz an cihaz ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz; uygulama manuel modda çalışmaya devam eder.
Haritada eksik bir camiyi eklediğinizde, adsız bir camiye ad önerdiğinizde ya da hatalı bir camiyi bildirdiğinizde şu bilgiler sunucumuza iletilir ve saklanır: gönderinin türü, yazdığınız cami adı, bildirim nedeni, gönderim zamanı ve cami eklerken haritada işaretlediğiniz nokta. Hedef işareti önce bulunduğunuz yerde açılır; haritayı kaydırmadan gönderirseniz işaretlenen nokta bulunduğunuz yer olur. Ad önerisi ve hata bildiriminde ilgili caminin kimliği ve karesi saklanır. "Yanlış konumda" bildiriminde ayrıca haritada işaretlediğiniz yeni nokta ve isteğe bağlı olarak düzelttiğiniz ad da saklanır; bu bildirimde hedef işareti caminin bugünkü yerinde açılır.
Günlük gönderi sınırını uygulamak, aynı cihazdan gelen tekrarları görebilmek, Katkılarım listesinde gönderilerinizin durumunu gösterebilmek ve katkıda bulunanlara teşekkür hediyesi verirken katkı sayısını görebilmek için, kayda kurulum numaranızdan sunucumuzdaki gizli bir anahtarla üretilmiş geri döndürülemez bir özet eklenir. Kurulum numarası uygulamanın rastgele ürettiği bir koddur; adınızdan, telefon numaranızdan veya Google hesabınızdan türetilmez. Gönderiler yalnızca tarafımızdan incelenir; onaylanan caminin adı ve konumu cami verisine eklenerek tüm kullanıcılara gösterilir, kurulum numaranız ya da özeti yayına girmez. Gönderi kayıtları, onaylansa da reddedilse de, Katkılarım listesinde kendi gönderilerinizi görebilmeniz için süresiz tutulur. Gönderiyle birlikte, uygulamanın o an deneme, Premium ya da ücretsiz sürümde olduğu bilgisi de iletilir ve gönderiyle birlikte saklanır; satın alma bilginiz ya da Google hesabınız gönderilmez ve bu bilgi yalnızca katkıda bulunanlara teşekkür amacıyla hediye vermeye karar verirken tarafımızdan görülür.
Tüm vakit bildirimleri ve alarmlar cihazınızda yerel olarak kurulur ve çalar; bunun için hiçbir veriniz dışarı gönderilmez. Bildirim tercihleri yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve her bildirim türü ayrı kanaldan yönetilir; istemediğinizi sistem ayarlarından tek tek kapatabilirsiniz.
Bildirim sağlığındaki teşhis raporunu bize e-postayla gönderirseniz, içindeki cihaz modeli, Android sürümü, izin ve bildirim ayarları gibi teknik bilgileri yalnızca sorununuzu çözmek için kullanırız; raporda konum, hesap ya da cihaz kimliği bulunmaz.
Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için Firebase Analytics ile kullanım istatistikleri toplanır; örneğin hangi ekranın daha çok kullanıldığı. Bu veriler adınız, e-postanız ya da telefon numaranız olmadan toplanır. Firebase her kurulum için rastgele bir tanımlayıcı kullandığı için bu veriler hukuken anonim değil, takma adlı (sizi doğrudan tanımlamayan) veri sayılır. Reklam kimliği hiç kullanılmaz; bu izin uygulamadan tamamen kaldırılmıştır. Bu ölçüm "hangi özellik işe yarıyor" sorusuna cevap arar, "bu kullanıcı kim" sorusuna değil. Olay düzeyindeki veriler Google Analytics saklama ayarına göre en fazla 14 ay tutulur; toplu sayımlar bu süreden etkilenmez.
Uygulama çökerse Firebase Crashlytics bir çökme raporu gönderir (cihaz modeli, Android sürümü, hatanın teknik izi ve kurulum başına rastgele bir tanımlayıcı). Raporlar yalnızca hatayı bulup düzeltmek içindir; adınızı, mesajlarınızı ya da içerik taşımaz. Hatanın bağlamını anlamak için rapordaki teknik satırlarda seçili il ya da ilçe adı geçebilir. Çökme raporları 90 gün sonra silinmeye başlar.
Kullanım verisi uygulama ilk açıldığında açıktır. İstediğiniz an uygulamadaki Gizlilik sayfasının altındaki "Kullanım verisi paylaşımı" anahtarından kapatabilirsiniz; bu anahtar kullanım istatistiklerini ve çökme raporlarını birlikte kapatır.
Uygulama aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır; her biri için ilgili sağlayıcının gizlilik politikası geçerlidir:
Reklam ağı, izleme pikseli veya sosyal medya entegrasyonu yoktur. Bu, bilinçli bir tercihimizdir.
Premium, Google Play üzerinden aylık veya yıllık abonelik ya da tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Abonelik ve satın alma durumu cihazınızda saklanır; satın almanın geçerliliği ayrıca sunucumuzda Google Play'e sorularak doğrulanır (bkz. Veri Saklama ve Silme). Yenileme, iptal, iade ve fatura işlemleri Google Play hesabınız üzerinden yürütülür. Uygulama hiçbir sürümünde tanıtım veya sponsorlu içerik göstermez.
30 günlük ücretsiz deneme. İlk kurulumda Premium'u 30 gün ücretsiz denersiniz. Kart bilgisi istenmez ve deneme kendiliğinden ücretli aboneliğe dönüşmez; süre dolunca uygulama ücretsiz sürüme geçer, o kadar.
Aynı cihazda denemenin uygulamayı silip yeniden kurarak tekrar tekrar başlatılmasını önlemek için, cihazınızın uygulamaya özel Android kimliği sunucumuza iletilir. Bu, donanım seri numarası ya da reklam kimliği değildir: her uygulama için ayrı üretilir, uygulamalar arasında ortak değildir ve cihaz fabrika ayarlarına döndüğünde yenilenir.
Sunucu bu kimliği gizli bir anahtarla geri döndürülemez biçimde şifreler (hash) ve veritabanına yalnızca şu ikisini yazar: şifrelenmiş değer ve denemenizin başlangıç tarihi. Ham kimlik hiçbir yerde saklanmaz, adınızla, e-postanızla, konumunuzla veya Google hesabınızla ilişkilendirilmez ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Şifreleme anahtarı yalnızca sunucuda durduğu için kayıttan cihaz kimliğinizi geri üretmek mümkün değildir.
Bu istek yalnızca 24 saatte bir yapılır. İnternetiniz yoksa veya sunucuya ulaşılamıyorsa deneme cihazınızdaki kayıtla çalışmaya devam eder; hiçbir koşulda ağ sorunu yüzünden Premium'unuzu kaybetmezsiniz.
Uygulama, yenilikleri bildirmek için internetten anonim bir duyuru dosyası çeker; bu istek kim olduğunuzu içermez. Duyurular yalnızca uygulama haberleri, yeni özellikler ve mübarek gün hatırlatmaları içindir.
Tam Zamanı tamamen reklamsızdır: hiçbir sürümde reklam, tanıtım veya sponsorlu içerik gösterilmez. Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı (AdMob vb.) hiçbir zaman kullanılmaz.
Açık olmak gerekirse; aşağıdakilerin hiçbirini toplamıyoruz, istemiyoruz ve saklamıyoruz:
Tüm ağ trafiği şifreli (HTTPS/TLS) taşınır; sunucu tarafı veritabanımız dış erişime tamamen kapalıdır ve yalnızca kendi servislerimiz tarafından okunabilir. En güçlü güvenlik önlemimiz ise mimarinin kendisidir: toplanmayan veri, sızamaz.
Yine de açıklıkla belirtmek isteriz: internet üzerindeki hiçbir aktarım veya saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli sayılamaz. Makul teknik ve idari önlemleri uygular, standartları takip ederiz.
Tüm tercihleriniz ve uygulamada tuttuğunuz kayıtlar (şehir, tema, alarmlar, Tesbih, kaza ve hatim sayaçları, Gittiğim Camiler defteri, takvim notları ve etkinlikleri, kendi eklediğiniz alarm sesleri vb.) cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve sunucumuza gönderilmez. Takvim notlarınızın başlığı ve içeriği analiz verilerine dahil edilmez; yalnızca not eklendiği içeriksiz bir sayım olarak ölçülür. Ayarlar'dan bir yedek dosyası dışa aktarırsanız bu dosya yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz yere kaydedilir. Sunucularımızda kullanıcı profili veya hesap tutulmaz. Yakındaki camileri aradığınızda her arama için kısa bir teknik not tutulur: aramanın zamanı, aramanın düştüğü yaklaşık 2 km'lik harita karesi, seçilen arama mesafesi, bulunan cami sayısı ve en yakın caminin uzaklığı, aramanın teknik sonucu (süre, veri kaynağı, varsa hata nedeni), uygulama sürüm numarası (örneğin 1.4.2), uygulamanın o an deneme, Premium ya da ücretsiz sürümde olduğu bilgisi ve aynı gün yapılan aramaları birbirine bağlayan kısa bir anahtar. Bu anahtar sunucumuzda gizli bir sırla üretilir, her gün değişir ve iki gün sonra nottan silinir; günler arasında aramalar birbirine bağlanamaz. Bulunduğunuz nokta, adınız, cihaz kimliğiniz ve IP adresiniz bu nota yazılmaz. Notlar, cami verisindeki eksikleri bulmak, hizmetin düzgün çalıştığını izlemek ve özelliğin hangi sürümde ne kadar kullanıldığını görmek için süresiz tutulur.
IP adresinizi sunucumuz, kötüye kullanımı ve aşırı yüklenmeyi önlemek için yalnızca bellekteki kısa süreli sayaçlarda kullanır (IPv6'da adresin yalnızca ilk yarısı); veritabanımıza ve kendi kayıtlarımıza yazılmaz. Sunucu altyapımız (Google Cloud), cami araması dışındaki istekler için (örneğin deneme, satın alma doğrulama ve cami gönderileri) güvenlik ve hata ayıklama amacıyla teknik istek kayıtlarını, IP adresiniz ve istek zamanı dahil ama isteğin içeriği hariç, 30 gün tutar ve sonra kendiliğinden siler; cami araması isteklerinin bu kaydı tutulmaz.
Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda cihazınızdaki tüm veriler silinir.
Telefonunuzda Android yedeklemesi açıksa ayarlarınız ve uygulamada tuttuğunuz kayıtlar (örneğin kaza ve hatim sayaçları, Gittiğim Camiler defteri, takvim notları) Google hesabınızdaki yedeğe de girer; telefon değiştirdiğinizde bu sayede geri gelir. Bu yedeği Google saklar, biz göremeyiz; Android ayarlarından kapatabilir ya da silebilirsiniz. Alarm durumu, önbellekler ve cihaza özel kimlikler yedeğe alınmaz.
Arama notlarının yanında sunucumuzda şu kayıtlar da tutulur: Premium deneme süresinin başlangıç tarihi ile buna bağlı cihaz kimliğinin özeti (bkz. Premium bölümü), Premium satın alındıysa satın alma jetonunun özeti ile ürün ve geçerlilik durumu (abonelikte, abonelik bittikten 12 ay sonra silinir; ömür boyu satın almada hakkınız sürdükçe tutulur), gönderilen cami katkıları (bkz. Cami Ekleme ve Bildirimler bölümü) ve katkıda bulunanlara teşekkür hediyesi verildiyse hediye kaydı (hediyeyi size ulaştırmak için kurulum numaranızın özetine bağlı hediye kodu ve durumu; kod hiç alınmazsa kayıt en geç 180 gün, alındıktan sonra 30 gün içinde silinir, kodun kendisi kullandığınızı bildirdiğinizde hemen silinir). Bu kayıtlar adınızı, telefon numaranızı ya da Google hesabınızı içermez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak bu kayıtları silmez; deneme kaydının amacı zaten denemenin sıfırlanmasını önlemektir.
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve hiçbir kullanıcıdan (çocuklar dahil) kimlik tanımlayıcı kişisel veri toplamaz. 13 yaş altı çocuklara özel içerik veya hedefleme yoktur; çocuklardan bilerek veri toplanmaz.
Bu sayfanın yayınlandığı site çerez kullanmaz, ziyaretçi takibi yapmaz. Yalnızca dil tercihiniz, sunucuya hiç gönderilmeden, kendi tarayıcınızda yerel olarak saklanır.

Hangi veri, hangi amaçla, hangi hukuki sebeple, ne kadar süre:
Toplama yöntemi: Veriler uygulama üzerinden, otomatik ve elektronik yolla toplanır.
Aktarım: Veriler yurt içinde kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Hizmeti sunmak için yurt dışında sunucuları bulunan hizmet sağlayıcılar kullanılır: Google (Firebase sunucumuz AB bölgesindedir; Google altyapısı başka ülkelerde de bulunabilir), GitHub (ABD) ve Aladhan. Bu hizmetlerin kullanılması, yukarıda anlatılan verilerin bu sağlayıcıların yurt dışındaki sunucularında işlenmesi anlamına gelir.

Tam Zamanı requires no account, contains no ad networks, and does not track you. We do not know who you are, and we do not want to.
An app built for worship must place the trust of its users above everything else. That is why Tam Zamanı is designed around a minimum-data principle: nothing is processed unless a feature needs it, nothing is kept longer than needed, and nothing is ever linked to your identity.
This page is not a legal formality; it is an item-by-item, honest account of what is processed, where, and why.
Location is used for three features: prayer times, qibla direction and nearby mosques. There are three location modes:
Cities outside Türkiye. Whichever mode you use, prayer times for cities outside Türkiye come from the Aladhan service. This request carries the center coordinates of the selected city (or the city and country name for cities without coordinates in our list), the calculation method and the time zone, not your own location. As with any internet request, Aladhan sees the IP address the request comes from.
Nearby Mosques. When you use this feature, your location is rounded to roughly 1 km and sent to our server solely to return the mosques around you. The point where you are is not stored; all that remains of a search is a short technical note with the map square of roughly 2 km that it falls into (see Data Retention and Deletion). Your location is not linked to your identity and never shared with third parties. While a map is open, map imagery is loaded from Google mapping services; a standard map request. The qibla compass runs entirely on your device.
“I prayed here”. When you tap this button on the Mosques page, your phone takes a single precise location fix and checks, on the phone itself, whether you are within about 100 meters of the mosque; this location is never sent anywhere and is not stored.
No background location collection takes place; location is processed only while you use the app. You can revoke the permission at any time; the app keeps working in manual mode.
When you add a missing mosque on the map, suggest a name for an unnamed mosque or report a wrong mosque, the following is sent to and stored on our server: the type of submission, the mosque name you typed, the reason for the report, the time of submission and, when adding a mosque, the point you marked on the map. The target first opens where you are; if you submit without moving the map, the marked point is your own location. For name suggestions and reports, the identifier and square of the mosque concerned are stored. For a "Wrong location" report, the new point you mark on the map and, optionally, the corrected name are stored as well; in this report the target opens at the mosque's current location.
To apply the daily submission limit, to see repeated submissions from the same device, to show the status of your submissions in My contributions and to see the number of contributions when sending contributors a thank-you gift, the record carries an irreversible digest of your installation number, produced with a secret key held on our server. The installation number is a random code generated by the app; it is not derived from your name, phone number or Google account. Submissions are reviewed only by us; the name and location of an approved mosque are added to the mosque data and shown to all users, while your installation number and its digest are never published. Submission records, whether approved or rejected, are kept indefinitely so that you can see your own submissions in My contributions. Your submission also includes whether the app was in its trial, Premium or free version at that moment, and this is stored with the submission; no purchase details or Google account are sent, and we only look at this when deciding whether to send contributors a thank-you gift.
All prayer notifications and alarms are scheduled and ring locally on your device; nothing is sent anywhere for this. Notification preferences are stored only on your device, and every notification type has its own channel; you can switch off any of them individually in system settings.
If you email us the diagnostic report from Notification health, we use the technical details in it, such as device model, Android version, permission and notification settings, only to solve your problem; the report contains no location, account or device identifier.
To improve the app, usage statistics are collected via Firebase Analytics; for example which screen is used most. This data is collected without your name, email or phone number. Because Firebase uses a random identifier for each installation, this data is not anonymous in the legal sense but pseudonymous (it does not directly identify you). The advertising ID is never used; that permission has been removed from the app entirely. This measurement answers "which feature helps", never "who is this user". Event-level data is kept for at most 14 months under the Google Analytics retention setting; aggregate counts are not affected by this period.
If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report (device model, Android version, the technical stack trace and a random per-installation identifier). Reports are used only to find and fix the bug; they carry no name, messages or content. To understand the context of an error, the selected province or district name may appear in the technical lines of a report. Crash reports start being deleted after 90 days.
Usage data is on when the app is first opened. You can turn it off at any time with the "Usage data sharing" switch at the bottom of the Privacy page in the app; this switch turns off both usage statistics and crash reports.
The app uses the services below; each is governed by its provider's privacy policy:
There are no ad networks, no tracking pixels and no social media integrations. This is a deliberate choice we made.
Premium is offered through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Your subscription and purchase state is stored on your device; the validity of a purchase is also verified on our server by asking Google Play (see Data Retention and Deletion). Renewals, cancellations, refunds and invoices are handled through your Google Play account. The app never shows promotions or sponsored content in any version.
30-day free trial. On first install you get 30 days of Premium free. No card details are requested and the trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own; when it ends the app simply continues as the free version.
To stop the trial from being restarted over and over by uninstalling and reinstalling on the same device, your device's app-specific Android identifier is sent to our server. This is not a hardware serial number or an advertising ID: it is generated separately for each app, is not shared between apps, and is regenerated when the device is factory reset.
The server hashes that identifier irreversibly with a secret key and writes only two things to the database: the hashed value and your trial start date. The raw identifier is never stored, never linked to your name, email, location or Google account, and never shared with third parties. Because the secret key stays on the server, the device identifier cannot be reconstructed from the record.
This request is made at most once every 24 hours. If you have no internet connection, or the server cannot be reached, the trial keeps running from the record on your device; you will never lose Premium because of a network problem.
The app fetches an anonymous announcements file from the internet to inform you about new features; this request contains nothing about who you are. Announcements cover only app news, new features and blessed day reminders.
Tam Zamanı is completely ad free: no version shows ads, promotions or sponsored content. Third-party ad networks (AdMob etc.) are never used.
To be explicit; we do not collect, request or store any of the following:
All network traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); our server-side database is fully closed to outside access and readable only by our own services. Our strongest security measure, however, is the architecture itself: data that is never collected can never leak.
Still, we want to be transparent: no transmission or storage method on the internet can be called 100% secure. We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards and follow current standards.
All your preferences and the records you keep in the app (city, theme, alarms, tasbih, missed-prayer and khatm counters, the Visited Mosques log, calendar notes and events, alarm sounds you add yourself etc.) are stored locally on your device and are not sent to our server. The title and content of your calendar notes are not included in analytics data; only the fact that a note was added is measured, as a count without content. If you export a backup file from Settings, it is saved only where you choose. Our servers keep no user profiles or accounts. When you search for nearby mosques, a short technical note is kept for each search: the time of the search, the map square of roughly 2 km that it falls into, the search distance chosen, the number of mosques found and the distance to the nearest one, the technical outcome (duration, data source, error reason if any), the app version number (for example 1.4.2), whether the app was in its trial, Premium or free version at that moment, and a short key that links searches made on the same day. That key is produced with a secret held on our server, changes every day and is removed from the note after two days; searches cannot be linked across days. The point where you are, your name, your device identifier and your IP address are never written to this note. Notes are kept indefinitely to find gaps in the mosque data, to check that the service works properly and to see how much the feature is used in each version.
Our server uses your IP address only in short-lived in-memory counters to prevent abuse and overload (for IPv6, only the first half of the address); it is not written to our database or to our own logs. Our server infrastructure (Google Cloud) keeps technical request logs for requests other than mosque searches (for example trial, purchase verification and mosque submissions), including your IP address and the time of the request but not its content, for 30 days for security and debugging and then deletes them automatically; no such log is kept for mosque search requests.
When you uninstall the app, all local data is deleted.
If Android backup is on for your phone, your settings and the records you keep in the app (for example missed-prayer and khatm counters, the Visited Mosques log and calendar notes) are also included in the backup in your Google account, so they come back when you change phones. Google keeps this backup and we cannot see it; you can turn it off or delete it in Android settings. Alarm state, caches and device-specific identifiers are not backed up.
Besides search notes, our server also keeps: the start date of the Premium trial together with the digest of the device identifier it is tied to (see the Premium section), the digest of the purchase token with the product and its validity status if Premium was purchased (for a subscription, deleted 12 months after the subscription ends; for a lifetime purchase, kept as long as your entitlement lasts), submitted mosque contributions (see the Adding and Reporting Mosques section) and, if a thank-you gift was given to a contributor, the gift record (the gift code and its status, tied to the digest of your installation number so that we can deliver the gift to you; if the code is never retrieved the record is deleted within 180 days at the latest, otherwise within 30 days of retrieval, and the code itself is deleted as soon as you report that you have used it). These records do not contain your name, phone number or Google account. Uninstalling does not delete them; the purpose of the trial record is precisely to stop the trial from resetting.
The app is intended for a general audience and collects no identifying personal data from any user, including children. There is no content or targeting directed at children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from children.
The site serving this page uses no cookies and performs no visitor tracking. Only your language preference is stored locally in your own browser, never sent to a server.

Tam Zamanı does not collect your name, email address, phone number or identity details. There is no account and no registration. Location is used only in the moment, solely for prayer times, qibla and mosque search; the point where you are is never recorded (a mosque search leaves only a note of the roughly 2 km square).
Your city choice, alarms and all preferences live only on your own device and are completely deleted together with the app when you uninstall it.
The records on our server do not identify you; your name, contact details and location are not attached to them. They are used only to prevent abuse of the free trial, to verify purchases, to manage mosque contributions, to send thank-you gifts to contributors, to improve the mosque search and measure its use, and to protect the service against abuse and failures, and never for marketing, profiling or advertising.

How data is collected: Data is collected automatically and electronically through the app.
Transfers: Data is not shared with anyone within Türkiye. To provide the service we use providers with servers abroad: Google (our Firebase server is in the EU region; Google infrastructure may also be located in other countries), GitHub (USA) and Aladhan. Using these services means that the data described above is processed on these providers' servers abroad.
Your rights: Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under KVKK art. 7, request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (GDPR art. 15 to 21).
How to apply: You can send requests about these rights in writing to support@codexpertbuild.com; they are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. Because our records do not identify you, we may ask for additional details (for example the name and date of a mosque you submitted) to determine whether a record is yours. If your request is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or it is not answered in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu); if you are in the EU, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.
This policy may be updated; the current version is always available on this page and inside the app. Significant changes are announced in the app, never changed silently.
